Financing ...

... with the Assistance from the Employer
The Executive MBA is designed to train students for management tasks in companies and to lay the foundation for success. This is attractive to students and companies alike, which is why many employers support their employees both in financial terms and by granting additional free time for the EMBA programme.

... with the JOB & MASTER Programm
HSBA’s JOB & MASTER programme is a free placement service for applicants looking for employment. HSBA partner companies value the professional experience of our students as most are well trained in different specialist areas. They recognise the potential that further education provides to their employees.

Please note that not all students may be eligible to take part in the programme. This placement service is primarily aimed at students from the MSc degrees. In special cases EMBA candidates may enter the programme, especially if they do not live in Hamburg and are looking for a new professional challenge.

Other Scholarships and Funding Programmes

It is a matter of particular concern to HSBA to ensure that highly qualified and motivated candidates can attend the Master's degree programme despite the costs. Thus, HSBA supports particularly gifted applicants who require financial assistance in different ways.

Next to the early bird discount of 10%, HSBA scholarships for 25%, 50% and in special cases 100% of the course fees are offered.

Currently, some 25%, 50%, and in exceptional cases 100% scholarships within the HSBA funding programme are still available for particularly eligible applicants. HSBA hereby particularly supports applicants with the following backgrounds:

  • Expatriates and international professionals
  • Women in Leadership: (future) female leaders
  • Practitioners with relevant work-experience without a first university degree
  • Professionals from small- and medium-sized as well as family-owned companies

All candidates should add a separate motivation letter to their application, in which their special suitability for the scholarship is explained.
