Course Content
In times of decreasing predictability and increasing complexity, change management is also undergoing redefinition. Unlike in the past, there is no longer just one right change process. Instead, a flexible approach is required to achieve changes and improvements continuously with the participation of all stakeholders. The focus here is on new forms of collaboration, digital transformation and agile organisations.
In this Certificate of Advanced Studies, we teach you fundamental concepts and practice-proven tools. You will familiarise yourself with the key components and methods of change management. You will then learn how to successfully support and sustainably implement complex change projects using agile methods. After all, causal change management based on clear relationships is no longer sufficient in many companies and industries. Rather, in today's VUCA world, which is characterised by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambivalence, ambiguous and circular relationships are coming to the fore that require a different approach.
The Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) Change Management 4.0 (HSBA) consists of the masterclasses Change Management Basics and Managing Agile Transformation and Dynamics.
