As a Master’s student at HSBA, you will usually be employed part-time (30 hours per week) and thus gain relevant practical experience in a company.
Long-term employment beyond the course is an explicit goal of the combination of doing a Master’s degree while being employed in a company.
The terms of the employment contract (scope, salary, share of the tuition fees covered) will be agreed between you as a future employee and your potential employer, whereby the partner company usually covers the tuition fees and pays you a salary so that you are able to cover your living costs.
