Modules

Applied Effective Leadership Foundation & Essentials | Welcome Dinner

Identify your strengths. Understand leadership. Take responsibility.

In this first module, you’ll lay the foundations for your leadership journey. Together with experienced coaches and your peer group, you’ll reflect on your own strengths, learn about different leadership styles and gain a better understanding of what ‘effective leadership’ means in a real-world work context.

A comprehensive strengths assessment helps you refine your individual profile – serving as the basis for all subsequent modules.

The aim is not to learn a theoretical model, but to develop an awareness: How do I lead today – and how do I want to lead?

Leading Effective Teams How to Lead Them and How They Should Lead Themselves

Effective team leadership – and self-managing teams.

Effective teams don’t just happen by chance. They emerge when leaders establish clear guidelines, share responsibility and foster trust.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to better align teams with shared goals, clarify roles and expectations, and use the Team Effectiveness Toolbox to gain practical, fundamental tools for making collaboration more effective.

You will discover how to not only lead – but also empower people to lead themselves.

Leading Effective Focusing Operational Effectiveness and Competencies

Create clarity. Set priorities. Make an impact.

Leadership also means making decisions, reducing complexity and maintaining focus.

The Gameplan method and practical tools help you develop strategies to achieve operational excellence in your day-to-day work. You’ll learn how to define roles more clearly, structure responsibilities more effectively and keep track of things when it gets hectic.

This workshop gives you an insight into practical tools for turning goals into results – and guiding your team successfully through each phase.

Leading Effective Culture Applied Organisational Fitness

Shaping culture – through attitude, communication and storytelling.

Culture isn’t created by values on the wall, but by the stories we tell.

This workshop will show you how to strengthen organisations through narratives, communication and clear messages.

You’ll work on The Art of Storytelling – how to connect figures, data and facts with meaning to provide direction and inspire people.

Because good leadership needs a clear story – about the why, the where and the how.

Leading Myself My Next Level of Leadership | Closing Dinner

Self-leadership as the key to the next level.

Finally, it’s all about you. Where are you in your development – and where do you want to go?

In this workshop, you will reflect on your personal leadership journey, exchange ideas with other participants, and work with the Career Path Framework to design your individual development plan.

Together with your peer group, you will define concrete next steps – for greater clarity, focus and effectiveness in your leadership.

An intensive, personal conclusion that marks the transition from the Academy to your future practice.
