Dates & Modules

Kick-Off | Find your Leadership Style & Welcome Dinner Friday, 29.08.2025, 4.00 pm-9.00 pm

A clear understanding of your leadership style is the key to successful leadership. In this interactive workshop session, you will team up with experts to work out how you come across as a leader and which approaches suit you and your team. Using a personality test, you will analyse your strengths and weaknesses, receive valuable feedback and develop your individual leadership profile. Through practical examples and exercises, you will learn how different leadership styles work in reality - and find out how you can lead your team effectively and authentically.

Module 1 | Team Management & Structure Tuesday, 02.09.2025, 5.30-7.00 pm & Monday, 08.09.2025, 4.00 pm-7.00 pm

A strong team needs clear structures.

In this session, you will learn how to define roles, responsibilities and processes in your team in a meaningful way – and how to effectively coordinate meetings, routines and goals. You will reflect on your current team dynamics and develop a concrete plan for creating clarity, orientation and personal responsibility in your team.

Module 2 | Feedback & Communication Tuesday, 09.09.2025, 5.30-7.00 pm & Friday, 12.09.2025, 4.00 pm-7.00 pm

Communicating clearly, honestly and effectively is one of the most important tasks of a manager. In this session, you will learn how to give feedback effectively and conduct critical conversations constructively.

You will reflect on your communication style, try out different conversation formats and develop your personal guide for effective leadership conversations.

Module 3 | Conflict & Negotiation Tuesday, 16.09.2025, 5.30-7.00 pm & Friday, 19.09.2025, 4.00 pm-7.00 pm

Conflicts are part of everyday life as a manager – how you deal with them is crucial.

In this session, you will analyse typical conflict dynamics within teams, learn de-escalation strategies for conversations and practise negotiation techniques that will help you navigate difficult situations with confidence and composure. You will develop your own understanding of conflict and work out specific tactics for your everyday management tasks.

Module 4 | Career Vision & Abschluss Dinner Tuesday, 23.09.2025, 5.30-7.00 pm, Friday, 26.09.2025, 4.00 pm-9.00 pm

Without a clear vision, it's easy to lose focus in your career. In this final session, you will develop a personal roadmap for the next five years that reflects your goals and values. You will reflect on where you want to grow as a leader and plan the next steps to follow your path. Through feedback and inspiration from other participants, you will sharpen your career vision and gain clarity about how you want to shape your role in the company and beyond.

The Closing Dinner is not only the festive conclusion of the Academy, but also the starting point of your Future Leader Community. This exclusive network of like-minded people will accompany you far beyond the Academy - with dedicated community channels, opportunities to exchange ideas and regular invitations to other ChefTreff events that will further promote your personal and professional development.
