Course Content

In this course, you will learn how to support and implement complex change projects using agile methods. You will learn about selected approaches to modelling change processes and find out which concepts to apply in the area of ‘soft factors’, such as culture and value-based work, organisational dynamics, dealing with emotions and resistance, clarifying roles and changing leadership paradigms.

You will analyse the impact of newer organisational concepts and apply them to specific corporate contexts and learn how to respond appropriately to dynamics, uncertainty and complexity.

Learn how to apply the map approach to select a meaningful transformation design and model effective change architectures and process models.

In change management, it is essential to be able to deal with the unplanned and the unexpected. The design of agile communication formats and the conceptualisation of an agile change process are also helpful.

We will bring you up to date with the currently developing approaches to agile organisational design and show you how to assess their specific organisational benefits.
