Adrian Ade
Kurzprofil
Adrian ist seit Oktober 2020 als externer Doktorand am Lehrstuhl für Familienunternehmen im Department Strategy & Leadership tätig. Seine Forschung fokussiert sich auf den Aspekt des sozioemotionalen Reichtums („Socioemotional Wealth“) in Familienunternehmen und dessen Auswirkungen auf die strategische Unternehmensführung.
Nachdem Adrian bereits im 2. Jahrgang seit Gründung in 2008 sein Bachelorstudium an der HSBA absolvierte, leitete er eine Vertriebsabteilung in Shanghai, China. Nach mehrjähriger Tätigkeit in Asien absolvierte er im Anschluss ein Masterstudium an der I.E. Business School in Madrid, bevor er seine Tätigkeit im Projektmanagement für eine Hamburger Reederei aufnahm. Zurzeit ist Adrian als General Manager Business & Corporate Development im Unternehmen tätig und verantwortet unterschiedliche Unternehmensbeteiligungen und ein Joint Venture.
Seine Erfahrungen in verschiedenen Leitungsfunktionen und unterschiedlichen Familienunternehmen lässt Adrian im Rahmen seines Dissertationsprojektes am Ingeborg-Gross Graduate Center der HSBA einfließen. Adrian Ade wird an der HSBA von Prof. Dr. Peter Klein und an der Andrássy Universität in Budapest (AUB) von Prof. Dr. Stefan Okruch betreut.
