Course Content

We offer practical business cases for managers – from newly appointed managers to experienced executives. Our tailored approach utilises real-life business cases and in-house cases developed by us to convey management concepts, models and frameworks in a practical and illustrative way.

Participants gain concrete insights into how companies actually make decisions, how managers tackle complex challenges, and how established models and frameworks can be applied to real-life business situations. Case studies from various industries and companies open up new perspectives on strategies, leadership approaches, successes and failures.

Rather than simply learning theory, participants analyse specific situations, question assumptions, discuss alternative solutions and apply relevant models to their own professional challenges. This creates a direct link between learning and practical application – with the aim of strengthening understanding, decision-making skills and an entrepreneurial perspective, whilst providing a practical toolkit that can be used immediately in day-to-day work.
