Hosei University

Hosei University is a well-established private university in Tokyo, with which a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed to strengthen international cooperation. The agreement currently does not include student exchange. Should this change in the future, students will be informed accordingly.

Founded in 1880, Hosei University celebrated its 140th anniversary in 2020 and today enrols approximately 30,000 students. The university comprises 15 undergraduate faculties across three campuses as well as 20 graduate schools and research institutes. Hosei University maintains a wide range of international partnerships with institutions around the world.

Guided by a strong “enterprising spirit”, Hosei University continues to pursue educational reform and positions itself as a forward-looking institution that embraces change and responds proactively to the challenges of a global academic environment.
