Torge Stahl

Short Profile

Since October 2025, Torge Stahl has been a doctoral candidate at HSBA in the Department of Marketing & Transformation under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Susanne Hensel-Börner. In cooperation with the University of Twente, he is also supervised by Dr. Barbara Kump (Faculty of Behavioural, Management and Social Sciences). As part of his doctoral research, Mr. Stahl investigates how organizations can develop new forms of value creation and business models in response to technological, ecological, and societal changes. This field of research offers numerous points of connection to current questions in innovation and sustainability studies, as well as direct relevance to the practice of modern corporate development. Following his dual studies in Business Administration at Schülke & Mayr GmbH, Mr. Stahl completed the part-time Master's program in Digital Transformation & Sustainability at HSBA from 2021 to 2024. Since 2024, he has been working as a consultant at PHAT Consulting GmbH, where he operates at the intersection of IT and sustainability. His focus areas include data analytics, data engineering, and the technical implementation of sustainability strategies.
