Lara Schniesko

Short Profile

Lara Schniesko has been a doctoral researcher at HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration since April 2026 in the Department of Sales and Marketing under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Goetz Greve. In cooperation with the University of Twente, she is additionally supervised by Prof. Dr. Jörg Henseler and Dr. Raymond Loohuis. Her doctoral research focuses on organizational change and the dynamics of B2B buyer-seller relationships. In particular, she examines how internal organizational change processes influence perceptions, behaviors, and relationship outcomes between business partners.

Since 2019, she has been working at ECE Marketplaces in Leasing Management, where she supports major retail clients in their national expansion and the optimization of retail locations.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from HSBA and completed a part-time Master of Science in Business Psychology and Leadership at SRH University in April 2025.
