Frederike Meyer
Short Profile
Frederike Meyer has been a doctoral candidate at HSBA in the Department of Sales and Marketing since October 2025, supervised by Prof. Dr. Goetz Greve. In collaboration with the University of Twente, she is also supervised by Prof. Dr. Jörg Henseler and Yasin Sahhar. As part of her doctoral research, she focuses on the question of how the role of artificial intelligence in financial consulting will change in the coming years and how this will impact the interaction between humans and machines. Both the customer perspective and the perspective of sales employees are examined.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Learning & Teaching at Leuphana University Lüneburg and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at HSBA, she completed a Master of Science in Business Psychology at Nordakademie Hamburg. Since 2021, she has been working in sales at Deka Bank, where she manages several savings banks. Additionally, she is active as a moderator at various events, for which she completed moderator training in 2022.
