Dual Student Sales and Marketing (m/w/d)

DERICHEBOURG Aeronautics Services Germany GmbH was founded in 2009 as the German subsidiary in aviation of the internationally successful DERICHEBOURG GROUP.

We are aviation professionals and assist our clients with various projects in all phases of an aircraft's life. The dual student will support us in our activities related to sales and marketing. This position offers the possibility to put into practice the theoretical Knowledge acquired in University classes. 
Among other tasks, the following will be your assignment:

Marketing-related responsibilities

  • Managing the social media channels
  • Organization of events (internal and external)
  • Trade fair planning and participation
  • Creation and ordering of flyers, brochures & advertising material
  • Graphic Design
  • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies

Sales-related responsibility

  • Support of end-to-end tender process (from preparation to bid)
  • Maintenance of the CRM system (Sales data tracking)
  • Creation and present performance reports to management (statistics & evaluations)
  • Customer support
  • Organizing and preparing appointments with customers and other partners
  • Analyses trends, data, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance


  • Msc student in Business Development, Marketing or any related Master
  • A first experience in sales or marketing would be appreciated 
  • A good understanding of marketing and sales strategies
  • An outgoing personality who is confortable in a corporate environment
  • Customer relation management: listening, deal with requirements and offering solutions
  • Excellent at organizing tasks (identify, prioritize, complete and delegate tasks appropriately to meet deadlines) 
  • Proficient in computer software 
    • MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc…)
    • Adobe programs (InDesign, Photoshop etc.)
    • Canva
    • etc.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Used to work in a multicultural environment
  • Dynamic and very disciplined at work
  • Solution-oriented mind-set
  • Good at stress and pressure management
  • Ability to create a dynamic working environment
  • English: B2 level
  • German: C1 level
  • Driving license required
