Study Profile

The Master of Science programme Real Estate & Leadership offers a holistic, interdisciplinary and industry-specific study programme with extensive scientific content. Interdisciplinarity means merging real estate planning, engineering and business aspects. The master’s programme focusses on the real estate sector and combines all involved perspectives: the community, the investor, the user, and the producer. The course allows future generalists and managers to acquire the requisite knowledge and encourages them to think strategically and sustainably. As a result, the master’s programme combines theoretical specialist knowledge and established management concepts with the continuing development of personal skills. The consecutive programme is designed for ambitious Bachelor's graduates from study courses such as engineering, architecture and business administration.

Language Mainly English, but some modules are taught in German
Course Duration Full-time: 24 months, Part-time: 30 months; start on 1 October
Course Organisation Full and part-time; contact hours on extended weekends and a small number of full-time weeks
Admission Requirements Good bachelor's degree, work experience (internships, student assistants) is beneficial for JOB&MASTER-placement and scholarships, B2-level in English and German and a good level of maths required

Financing Scholarships from the Real Estate and Leadership Foundation e.V. (minimum 60%), JOB & MASTER programme, other scholarships
Study Fees 22.500 Euro (=750 Euro per month)*. The major part of the study fees are generally covered by the employer or the scholarship. They include examination fees and lectures.
Application Process Written application, telephone interview, Admission Day. Applications are accepted until the maximum number of students is reached. We recommend to apply early, since scholarships and JOB&MASTER-places are eventually allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis
Accreditation The study course is in the process of accreditation by the FIBAA.
