Hamburg, the waterfront city, is one of the world’s safest big cities and an extremely attractive place to live, work and study. The mix of economic potential and a good quality of life makes Hamburg one of Europe’s most dynamic business regions. With the Inner Alster lake in the centre of the city, countless parks and green spaces, its proximity to two oceans, a large range of diverse leisure activities and excellent shopping, Hamburg is one of the top ten city destinations in Europe and a popular place to live and study.
