Zara is a research associate at the Dr. Jürgen Meyer Chair of International Business Ethics and Sustainability in the department of Strategy & Leadership and a Ph.D. candidate at the Claussen-Simon Graduate Center at HSBA. Her research topic is "Ethical Fashion Consumption". She is supervised by Prof. Dr. Sarah Jastram.
After receiving her Bachelor in Cross-Cultural Communication and Linguistics from the Yerevan State University, Zara accomplished her MBA at the American University of Armenia, affiliated with the University of California. Before joining HSBA, Zara acquired a solid work experience in Marketing and PR in the banking sector and TV industry. In 2019, she received the Society for Business Ethics founders´ award as an emerging scholar.
