Eduard Bossauer

Short Profile

Since January 2018, Eduard is an external PhD candidate at the Claussen-Simon Graduate Center at HSBA. His dissertation topic is called “Advancement of the Private Cost of Capital Model”. Eduard investigates the differences of cost of capital structures between public and privately-held companies. He is supervised by Prof. Dr. Philipp Zaeh, Head of Department Finance & Accounting at HSBA.

Parallel to his research activities, Eduard has been working as a Senior Consultant at EY in Munich since September 2018. From 2014 to 2018, he was engaged in the Strategy & Corporate Development department of PATRIZIA Immobilien AG in Augsburg. Here, he has worked successfully on M&A transactions and the establishment of international subsidiaries. Furthermore, he gained experience in project management and corporate development in Germany and Great Britain. He holds a BSc in Global Business Management and a MSc in Business Administration, both from the University of Augsburg.
