Andreas Zamostny

Career

Since 2000, Andreas Zamostny has supported dozens of organizations to develop more sustainable processes and products: first as sustainability manager at Otto Group in Hamburg, and from 2005 as senior consultant at the Otto subsidiary Systain Consulting. In the fall of 2006, he co-founded the consulting company Schlange & Co. GmbH (“S&C”).

In over 300 projects for SMEs, multinationals as well as for foundations and governmental organizations, he has provided his expertise in terms of strategy development and implementation, responsible supply chain management, stakeholder engagement, and credible CR-reporting.

Andreas Zamostny’s sustainability expertise is built upon his studies in Environmental Sciences, which he completed at the Van Hall Institute in the Netherlands between 1995 and 1999, as well as in a study visit at the Institute for Sustainable Futures – part of the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia – and at Coventry University in Coventry, UK.
