Rapid Test Centre Opens at HSBA

HSBA alumnus Moritz Fürste's stationary test centre now offers rapid antigen tests on the premises on Willy-Brandt-Strasse.

A rapid test centre is now available on the HSBA premises on Willy-Brandt-Strasse, where all citizens can have themselves tested free of charge. The stationary test centre is run by HSBA alumnus and hockey star Moritz Fürste, who is now one of the largest providers in Hamburg with ten centres.

"We are very pleased that we can make it possible for our students, teachers and all employees of the HSBA and HKBiS to take advantage of the free testing services offered by the federal government directly on site," explains Immo Schmidt-Jortzig, Managing Director of the HSBA. "However, it is a voluntary offer, there is no compulsory quick test for attendance at HSBA. The fact that this offer is provided by a former HSBA student makes me all the more pleased."

The new test centre is open from Monday to Friday and offers rapid antigen tests (PoC antigen tests) carried out by trained staff Appointments can be booked via the platform https://schnelltest-hamburg.de/schnelltest-buchen (test centre "Mitte/HSBA").

Detailed information for a better classification of the results can be found at the RKI, answers to frequently asked questions at the Federal Ministry of Health or at the DGUV(German Social Accident Insurance).
