„Making the Best of You!” HSBA Executive Education is Launching New Redesigned Range of Courses

Colin Rawlins, new Head of Executive Education at HSBA, takes on strategic leadership and identifies five core areas

How do organisations, teams and people want to be learning and developing in 2021 and beyond? The team around Colin Rawlins, who has taken on his position as new Head of Executive Education at HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration in autumn 2020, has spent the past few months engaging with all sorts of organisations across our network. This deep insight has enabled them to develop a new range of demanding learning solutions, focused around five core areas: People, Teams, Culture, Innovation and Growth. 

"I am really proud and excited to present our redesigned range of seminars, workshops and courses on time for the start of the new year," explains Colin Rawlins, Head of Executive Education at HSBA. Various seminars and workshops are offered on all five core areas, including topics such as digitalisation, leadership, change management, organisational culture and corporate growth. Most courses will be available both as online or - circumstances permitting - face-to-face events, can be held in German or English, can be compact or in-depth, off-the-peg or tailor-made.

Since October 2020 Colin Rawlins has been Head of Executive education at HSBA. An experienced senior manager, leader and business psychologist, Colin Rawlins has successfully helped numerous organisations, teams and individuals improve their performance. His focus is on leadership development at every level of the organisation, change management, customer relationship management, business development, cross-cultural communication, coaching and mentoring. After more than 30 years of professional experience in the shipping, financial services, insurance and entertainment industries, he has extensive first-hand knowledge of the challenges faced by organisations, their leaders and managers.
