Congratulations and All the Best! Virtual Handover Ceremony Master 2021

Our graduates of the class of 2018 were able to celebrate this important moment virtually together with friends and family.

After 30 intensive months of learning & working, our Master students of the class of 2018 received their graduation certificates last week at a virtual celebration together with friends, family and faculty. As Vice President for Teaching & Research, Prof. Dr. Alkis Otto accompanied the evening. In addition to the programme directors Prof. Dr. Max Johns (MSc Business Development), Prof. Dr. Susanne Hensel-Börner (MSc Digital Transformation & Sustainability), Prof. Dr. Michael Höbig (MSc Digital Transformation & Sustainability), Prof. Dr. Stefan Prigge (MSc Global Management & Governance), Alena Evers, alumna and former Master's speaker & mentor, also spoke a few words and congratulated the students.

"Despite the difficult circumstances, it was very important to us to give our students appropriate recognition and present them with their certificates at this small ceremony," says Prof. Dr. Alkis Otto, Vice President for Teaching and Didactics and Professor of Economics at the HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration. "We wish our graduates much success and all the best for the future."

In autumn, all graduates of the Master's and Bachelor's programmes will be bid farewell at a festive graduation ceremony.

Quotes from our graduates:

"The HSBA has given me the opportunity to embark on a great adventure, enabling me to find my passion along the way. The broad scope of subject matter paired with fine, detail-oriented research in the master's programme showed me where I could take my career and provided me with the tools to bring along the way."

Peter Reiss, US-Amerikaner und Absolvent aus New York, MSc Global Management & Governance

"HSBA has accompanied me through the most formative years of my life and has always supported me in achieving my goals. My Master's degree was the culmination of this journey. Despite the Corona pandemic, or perhaps because of it, we have particularly stuck together as a student crew. The diversity of the group and the joy of passionate discussion had us grow together - that made all the difference to me."

Johanna Kröger, Absolventin MSc Digital Transformation & Sustainability
