About: After his doctorate, Michael Trautmann worked at the top management consultancy Bossard Consultants, followed by positions at Springer & Jacoby as Holding Managing Director and as Global Head of Marketing at Audi. In 2004 he founded the agency kempertrautmann, which became thjnk in 2012 with the arrival of Karen Heumann and Armin Jochum. Today, the agency group employs 400 people at six locations and serves clients such as Audi, Commerzbank, IKEA, McDonald's, REWE and thyssenkrupp.


In 2017, together with Christian Tötzke and Moritz Fürste, he founded the agency upsolut sports, which successfully established the fitness event HYROX in Germany and internationally. Together with Christoph Magnussen, he has been editor and co-producer of the podcast series "On the Way to New Work" since 2017.
