The SQUARE Event areas are at the core of the building. They are ideally suited for lectures, presentations, customer events, press conferences, small trade fairs, hackathons and networking….. and therefore for your event at SQUARE.

Further Information

F&B

  • Our beverage package for workshops (coffee, tea, water, cookies, sweets) is 5€ half day / 10€ full day per person..
  • Our conference packages (drinks incl. soft drinks, small breakfast, lunch, coffee break) start from 39€ per person.

Technology

  • Technology and equipment: The room price includes up to 2 metaplan, 1 flipchart and presentation materials. Further equipment and technology on request.
  • When booking the Event Hall (large hall) a technical flat rate of 500€ will be charged.

Hints

  • All prices with status 1.4.2019 plus statutory VAT.
  • Morning or afternoon/evening use: Valid until/after 13.00, maximum 4 hours, Event Hall maximum 3 hours.
  • All prices are valid for events within the regular operating hours: Mon - Fri, 8.00 - 18.00 (Event Hall until 22.00), Sat 8.00-16.00, use outside operating hours only possible after arrangement. Additional costs may apply.
