Seminar Profile

Making entrepreneurial decisions whilst taking aspects of business ethics into account – a modern strategic management tool.

There still appears to be an insurmountable gap between business decisions that are ethical and those that are best from an economic perspective. The desire to maximise profit runs counter to including the interests of third-parties or of the community: Ethics and business geared to making profit don’t seem to go together.

In this seminar, participants learn the significance of business ethics decisions in day-to-day business.
This seminar teaches participants alternative courses of action for finding a satisfactory way to bridge the gap between a focus on profit on the one hand and ethical requirements in business on the other.

In order to achieve this goal, the seminar focuses on promoting analytical skills, leadership skills and an ability for discourse.
