Understanding and managing modern financial reporting methods (IFRS) geared to practice and performance-oriented financial analysis in a company: The basis of strategic management.

The seminar provides an overview of the fundamental mattersrelating to international financial reporting in accordance with IFRS as well as of performance-oriented financial analysis. The seminar uses case studies to analyse the results of operations and financial position of a company and to carry out a business valuation.

Participants familiarise themselves with modernfinancial analysis tools and learn to understand and assess company development in detail.

This seminar teaches participants the skills needed to use performance-oriented financial analysis to develop practical recommended courses of action for the operational and strategic management of the company.
