Leading Transformation

Seminar Profile

The workshop Digital Leadership explains the current developments in the modern economy and shows which changes are required in the future. Particular attention is paid to the drivers of digitalisation and the trend towards agile work.

From the results, we will deduce how the leadership role is changing and what the consequences will be for the participants in their respective roles. This provides a basis for personal professional development.

Finally, we develop a practicable process model for the transformation of organisational units and entire companies. In it, the relevant factors: people, technology and organisation are equally considered and connected to a functioning whole.

Concrete examples, practicable tools and the bundled experience from a multitude of companies make the workshop a valuable investment for every executive.
