Thanks to flexible methods like Rapid Prototyping and Design Thinking, the development stage for digital service models have been significantly shortened. By using a mostly iterative approach in many small bursts, experience gained from the on-going project can be applied to its further development, focussing on developing only what is actually useful from the User’s perspective.
According to Urs M. Krämer, Director of Sopra Steria Consulting, “Our recognised consultancy and implementation ability means that these kinds of solution models will be developed from strategy to implementation much faster”. One clear goal of the collaboration is to identify and enhance synergies in the service portfolios of both partners and to expand their value chains to the benefit of shared clients.
