Master's alumna Melati Kusuma explains the strategic importance of product claims in personal care in LEHVOSS Personal Care's "Beauty & the Science" podcast.

In her master's thesis, our master's alumna Melati Kusuma, MSc Business Development, successfully investigated the influence of green product claims on consumer buying behavior in the European personal care market. This is because, despite the intensive use of these claims, there has been little research into their effectiveness. For her study, she interviewed experts from Lehmann & Voss, her employer during this time.
