Leonhard Khazraei appointed new Professor of International Management

Leonhard Khazraei began his academic education in 2000 with a Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Aerospace Engineering at the Middle East Technical University in Ankara (Turkey) and completed his Master's degree (MSc) in Production Engineering and Logistics at the University of Duisburg-Essen with distinction. Parallel to his doctorate in industrial engineering at TU Dortmund University, he worked at the Fraunhofer Institute. Numerous additional qualifications in business administration in the areas of management, sales, accounting and finance from renowned academic institutions, including the LSE, MIT, and Cornell University, were added.
After more than 20 years of experience in various sectors, including aerospace, automotive, chemicals, energy, and healthcare in industry, as well as management consulting, he founded his own consultancy, INSVIRON, in early 2023. There, Professor Khazraei advises diverse companies on corporate development, commercial excellence and digital transformation on an international level.
