HSBA Launches New Event Series in 2022

Interviews and lectures with selected experts on study, university, business, society, health and much more.

In order to not only keep our students, partners, staff and all interested parties up to date on all aspects of their studies and the university, but also to give them an understanding of current topics, we have added two new series to our range of extra-curricular events.

In the "HSBA Beyond Business" series we invite experts from a wide range of fields to present and discuss relevant topics from society, politics, business, art & culture and much more in the form of interviews or lectures.
To kick off the series, our Professor of Sustainability and Business Ethics, Prof. Dr. Sarah Jastram, will discuss ecologically sustainable approaches in the fashion industry, international value chains and the EU Taxonomy Regulation that has just come into force with the Sustainability Manager of H&M Germany, Hendrik Heuermann.

The "HSBA Insights" series is aimed primarily at our HSBA students and introduces important partners and committees of the university such as the Alumni Association by students for students. In addition, workshops that can be helpful for personal and professional development are also offered within this framework.
In the first talk in this series, our HSBA student spokesperson Julian Thormählen meets the Alumni Association's CEOs Konrad Gruner and Mats Brandt to find out what opportunities and benefits involvement in the Alumni Association offers and how you can already start learning from former HSBA students.
