After two years, 300 graduates of HSBA's Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes were finally able to be given a ceremonial send-off on a grand scale again yesterday. The special setting of the Börsensaal of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, the stylish musical accompaniment on the Steinway & Sons grand piano, and high-ranking speakers from the university and the company made the ceremony a very special experience.

"We are very proud and delighted that you have managed to achieve this degree, which is so important for you and your future, regardless of the special challenges you have faced in recent years," said HSBA President Professor Dr Insa Sjurts in her opening speech. "Use your knowledge and experience and go your way. In doing so, we wish you all the very best!"
After everyone had proudly received their certificates and the honours for outstanding achievements and special commitment had been completed, all graduates were finally able to express their joy and relief together again by throwing the berets for the traditional graduation photo.
We thank all speakers for their valuable contribution. A special thanks goes to our partner company Steinway & Sons, who provided us with a wonderful grand piano for the event.
