The purpose of the HSBA's Master program is to enable future business executives to think and act in international and intercultural contexts. The parttime form of the study programs permits students to pursue their career goals and simultaneously to develop their skills to meet the needs of the global economy.

The heart of HSBA's postgraduate study programs M.A. Global Management & Governance and MBA Business Administration & Honorable Leadership are the concept of international management, adressing issues of governane, corporate responsibility, and business ethics. The programs are designed in cooperation with the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce. Mentoring is provided by Hamburg business decision-makers, who are members of the Versammlung Eines Ehrbaren Kaufmanns zu Hamburg (VEEK) to focus on personality development and to provide access to appropriate networks.
