We, the members of the HSBA, pursue the goal to that our graduates, through the transaction between the two places of learning - university and company - contribute decisively to making their organisation fit for the future and thus participate in shaping social change.
The HSBA as a forum for cooperation
All of us who are involved in the HSBA contribute in his or her way to supporting the students as the central members of the university at the various places of learning. We all cooperate with one another in this process in the awareness that only by everybody working together with a maximum degree of transparency can the goal be achieved.

We design studies, teaching and research in such a way that we support our students professionally with a practical orientation and in the same way develop their personal, social and methodical competence.

By means of continuous improvement processes, we ensure the best possible conditions for studying. We take pleasure in achievement. The students share responsibility for the course and results of their studies. They are ambassadors of the HSBA in the companies and in public.The HSBA for open-mindedness
We open the gateway to the world for our students. Every members of our university stands for ethical values, internationality and tolerance.
The principles of the HSBA should be the ideas to which all members of the university orient their daily thoughts and actions, a vision which leads them in their work and which they may be reminded of.
