The department is concerned with central questions regarding the sustainability of companies. It brings together the classical areas of corporate leadership – strategy, organisation and HR.
The general aim is to communicate innovative concepts and methodical qualifications, so as to be able to design and implement corporate changes in a holistic fashion. The research topics focus on specific questions related to the design of corporate change and to employee leadership.
