Expert seminars for a more comprehensive acquisition of competences
The expert seminars enable skilled employees and executives to educate themselves further in specific areas. The seminars are aimed at interested people who have worked for many years in the commercial area, possibly also with first leadership experience, or a first university degree in a relevant subject.
Duration: approx. 20 days, between 100 and 160 contact hours, spread over several months.

Using an academic approach with a strong practical focus, participants are taught the fundamentals of key account management and customer planning as well as how to manage annual reviews and price negotiations
